Like the EBP15 the bigger pumps have brushless motors to give a long and reliable service life, and a magnetic drive linking motor and centrifugal pump to ensure total separation between water and electrics. The pump chambers are very similar to the EBP15, but the extra flow is generated using more powerful motors.

The EBP25 will be most suited to full cooling of smaller-engined cars and more powerful motorbikes, and itís perfect for air-to-water turbo intercoolers, being already used for this purpose by a number of turbo / supercharger kit manufacturers. The EBP23 will cover a similar range of duties, although its output reduces faster with resistance to flow, due to a less powerful motor. The EBP40 is ideal for larger motorcycle and go-kart engines, particularly race engines, and for coolant circulation in electric cars. In addition, like the EBP15 there are 101 non-auto uses including caravan water distribution, boats - including salt water systems - solar panels, irrigation installations etc.

From an installation perspective, all three pumps have 19mm inlets and outlets.  The EBP23 comes complete with an installation kit including mounting bracket, the EBP25 is delivered simply as pump plus electric connecting wire, and the EBP40 comes complete with mounting bracket.
